EXCHANGE

Apologies from the District Gals Team, we currently DO NOT accept exchanges at any time.

However, if you would like to exchange sizes, please purchase the same item in your preferred size and send us an email with proof that you have purchased it. Once your email has been reviewed, we will advise you to return the unwanted item back to our office. Once the returned item has been assessed and is of solid condition, we will refund you the cost of the returned item. All exchange postage costs are not refundable.

RETURNS

  • You can return any item within 30 days of purchase
  • Please send us an email confirming that you have returned the item to our office address
  • Once received, the returned item will be reviewed and within 3 days you will be notified by email
  • All return postage costs are not refunable
  • Please allow us to process the refund, which may take up to 7 days
  • Exclusive sale or discounted items will not be accepted

What Can You Return?


YOU CAN RETURN ANY ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE IF THE ITEM IS:

  • Full priced (includes full priced items purchased using a non-exclusive discount code)
  • Unworn and unwashed, in original packaging with all original tags still attached
  • Has no smell of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder
  • Free of make-up stains or tan marks
  • In original box (if received with box)
  • Without postage label attached to the box


FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

  • Cosmetics
  • Hair products
  • Underwear, intimates, hosiery
  • Earrings
